We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product is found to be defective (which is not cool for you, us, or anyone) upon delivery, please contact Bight Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Bight products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers’ defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair at our option any Bight products found to be defective, exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use.
Returns & Exchanges
All clearance sales are final, and not eligible for returns or refunds. This includes any items discounted at 50% or over.
You may return non-clearance items purchased from the Bight website for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in the original packaging and must be clean, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Exchanges are welcome within 30 days.
Please send returns or exchanges back to us at the below address. We will process the return within a couple days of receiving the package and the refund generally appears on your credit card statement within 5-10 business days.

STEP 3: We will receive and process your request as listed on the return/exchange form. Sweet!
